Mini Lobster Wrap

Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 1 tortilla
- 1/4 lobster, cooked, shelled and diced

Filling
- 20 g (2/3 oz.) cold ratatouille
- 20 g (2/3 oz.) fresh cow's milk cheese
- 2 basil leaves
- a drop of Tabasco
Method
  1. Chop the basil.
  2. Chop the ratatouille.
  3. Combine all the ingredients for the filling.
  4. Spread on the tortilla.
  5. Add the diced lobster and roll up, squeezing lightly.
