Goat Cheese with Sunflower Seed Crunches

Ingredients
Ingredients for about 30 bites

- 30 g (1 oz.) sunflower seeds
- 200 g (7 oz.) fresh Goat cheese
- 70 ml (5 tbsp.) milk
- 15 g (1/2 oz.) finely chopped chives
- 200 g (7 oz.) brown bread
- 50 ml (3 tbsp.) olive oil
Method
  1. Toast the sunflower seeds. Blend together the cheese and milk; add the sunflower seeds and chives.
  2. Slice the bread into 2.5 cm (1") slices, brush with olive oil and cut into cubes. Toast in the oven.
  3. Spread with the cheese mixture and serve hot.
